CURCUMIN
Curcumin is a food supplement in a liposomal formula with turmeric (Curcuma longa) root extract, standardized to curcumin, and phospholipids. The recommended daily dose of 1–2 capsules provides 193–386 mg of curcumin. A plant-based formula for easy daily supplementation.
RECOMMENDED USE AND STORAGE
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, during a meal. The capsule can be opened and its contents added to food or a beverage.
Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature (up to 25 °C).
WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS
Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of small children.
