R-Alpha is a dietary supplement in a liposomal formula with R-alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin C, and phospholipids. One capsule contains 80 mg of R-alpha-lipoic acid and 150 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
RECOMMENDED USE AND STORAGE
Take 1 or 2 capsules daily with sufficient water, during a meal. The capsule can be opened and its contents added to food or a beverage.
Store in a dry and dark place at room temperature (up to 25 °C).
